Actually, as noted in the article above, the author approves of this casting. Like Suzanne Collins, author Isaac Marion essentially dismisses the racial realities faced by actors of color, or the importance of having characters of color in a work that is supposed to feature a dystopian view of America.

Whooooaaa! NOT FUCKING COOL GUYS! Sure the idea for a Zombifying Twilight and the idea for the story makes me roll my eyes, but seriously what the fuck is wrong with you Hollywood?
